family law

Our approach to family law is to use reason to mediate emotions and to use emotions to ameliorate reason. We represent clients in matrimonial proceedings, including custody of child, maintenance and settlement of matrimonial property. We also act as counsel in proceedings seeking to protect the interest and welfare of child, including adoption and appointment of guardian.

fintech

The fintech world is an emerging market, transforming retail banking, payment services, asset management and fundraising. The opportunities for growth and disruption are huge, but all those involved must be prepared to weigh the risks, which can include stringent regulatory hurdles, aggressive competition and the threat of cybercrime and data protection requirements.

We closely monitor regulations and interface with regulatory bodies to constantly advise established entrepreneurs, start-ups, as well as investors looking for opportunities in fintech. Our Fintech focus includes intellectual property, corporate law, and the range of other areas where legal questions arise, from tax and employment to commercial contracts and disputes.
